Member history
Where to see what has happened to a member and their passes — in the dashboard, in the apps, and across all members.
A member's history lives in two places. The dashboard tells you the state of each pass — whether it works, whether it is in a wallet, when it last changed. The desktop and mobile apps keep the timeline: every visit and every time the pass went into or out of a wallet.
In the dashboard#
Select a member on TemplatesCoffee CardMembers. Each row of their passes table is one pass:
| Column | Tells you |
|---|---|
| Status | Whether the pass works now: Active or Invalid. See Pass statuses. |
| Devices | How many wallets hold the pass right now. It goes up when the holder adds the pass and down when they remove it. |
| Created | When the pass was issued. |
| Updated | When the pass last changed — a field edit, a stamp, a change of status. |
Open on a pass shows its page as the holder sees it, including "Pass added to wallet" once it is in a wallet.
In the apps#
The member's page in the desktop and mobile apps has an Activity section, a timeline for that one person, newest first:
- Scans — each time the pass was scanned at the counter or a door, with the time and the location. A refused scan is shown in red.
- Wallet changes — each time the pass was added to or removed from a wallet.
