I#

- Sign-up page: the form a customer fills in to get a pass, reached through its link or QR code.
- Staff device: a phone, tablet or front-desk computer signed in to scan for your account. Each is tied to a location, and your plan includes a number of them.

T#
- Team member: a person you invite to work in your account, with their own sign-in and a role.
- Template: the design and rules of one kind of card. Every pass is issued from a template.
