Metric definitions
What every figure in the dashboard's Analytics page and the mobile app's Analytics tab counts, and the time zone and period rules behind them.

The precise meaning of every number on the dashboard's Analytics page and the mobile app's Analytics tab, and the rules that decide which day an event belongs to.
Dashboard: time and period rules#

| Time zone | Days are counted in Central European Time (Europe/Zagreb), whatever the time zone of your browser. |
| End of the range | Every range except Yesterday ends today. |
| Today | Counted live as things happen, marked today on the charts, and replaced by the settled figure overnight. |
| Bars and points | One per day for Yesterday, This week, Last 7 days and Last 30 days; one per week, Monday to Sunday, for Last 90 days; one per month for Last 12 months and All time. |
| Sums | New members, Issued, Wallet installs and Scans add up every day in the range. |
| Levels | Total members, Active passes and the plan and wallet splits are a level at the end of the last full day in the range, labelled "As of" that day. They are never added up across days. |
| Unknown | — means the figure could not be worked out. It is never shown as 0. |
| Gaps | A day with nothing recorded is named in a caption, such as "No data recorded for 2026-10-04", and drawn as a break rather than a zero. |
Dashboard: metrics#

With a template chosen in the picker, Members and Passes count that template only. Locations always counts the whole account.
Mobile app: time and period rules#

| Time zone | Days are counted in your phone's time zone. |
| Ranges | 7 days, 30 days and 90 days, each ending today and including it. |
| Comparison | Each change compares the range with the period of the same length just before it. |
| How a change reads | As a number (+3) when the earlier period was under 20, otherwise as a percentage (+12%). Rates change in percentage points (+4 pp). |
| Rates | A rate shows — until it rests on at least five members. |
| Bars | One per day for 7 and 30 days, one per week starting Monday for 90 days. |
| Freshness | Figures are at most a minute old. Pull down to refresh. |
| Several templates | When several templates are active in the app, a non-loyalty Analytics tab adds them together. A loyalty one shows a chip per card to switch between them. |
Mobile app: loyalty templates#
The loyalty figures — visits, returning, segments, rewards and the Act on lists — are defined in loyalty analytics.
Mobile app: other templates#
For membership, event ticket, coupon and gift card templates.

| Active members | Members with at least one accepted scan in the range. |
| Entries | Accepted scans in the range. Every one counts: two entries on one day are two. |
| New members | Passes issued in the range. |
| Members | Valid passes of the template that have not ended. A pass with no end date counts. |
| Expires within 7 days, Expires within 30 days | Current passes whose end date falls within the next 7 or 30 days. Shown when the template's passes have end dates. |
| Invalid | Scans refused in the range. Shown when there were any. |
| Activity | Entries or new members per day or week. |
| Peak times | Entries by weekday and hour, with the busiest slot. |
| Membership Plans | Current members per membership plan. A pass with no end date, or one that has not ended yet, is current. |
| Wallet | Members whose pass is in Apple Wallet, in Google Wallet or any other wallet, or in none, now. |
| Locations | Entries per location, when there is more than one. |
Why the dashboard and the app can differ#

So an account whose passes were issued without member profiles shows more members in the app than on the dashboard, and an evening scan in another time zone can fall on different days in the two.
